The Vignette

I’m Mei Lin Tan, a 55-year-old Malaysian-Australian SES Band 3 Leader at the Department of Social Services. I’ve spent my career ensuring vulnerable Australians get the support they need, but I’ve always dreamed of a future where the APS leads the world in governance. Last year, I wondered if that vision was too ambitious—until Holo-Org came along.

I worked closely with David Okafor, Holo-Org’s Innovation & R&D lead, whose loyalist approach gave me confidence in a reliable future. David showed me how Holo-Org could augment every APS task with over 40,000 agents, projecting millions of hours saved and a 15% trust increase. I remember presenting this vision to my team in Perth, watching their eyes light up as Power BI dashboards showed the potential. With 100% human oversight and 100% compliance with APS standards, we knew we could trust the system. David’s focus on long-term scalability meant AKS could handle any growth, keeping us at 99.95% uptime.

For APS staff worried about change, Holo-Org is our bridge to a better future—it empowers us to serve Australians while leading globally. I’m proud to be part of this vision that benefits all Australians, knowing we’re setting a new standard for public service worldwide.
